How It Works
Alternating thermal dilation with cryogenic constriction trains the vascular system, flushes metabolic waste, and produces deep physical tranquility.
What to Expect During Your Visit
- 130 minutes of gentle infrared heat to relax muscles and initiate perspiration.
- 23 minutes of crisp whole-body cryotherapy in our enclosed Cryopod.
